BRZ Progress XX ☆ Avances BRZ XX

Hello everybody! It's Friday and I can't believe another week has gone... and another month too... I need days with 26 hours or more... This is my penultimate progress post because I will finish the BRZ this weekend, so you will see it next week!

Hola a todo el mundo! Es Viernes y no puedo creer que se haya pasado ya otro semana... y otro mes también... necesito días con 26 horas o más... Este es mi penúltimo post con mis avances porque terminaré el BRZ este fin de semana, así que lo veréis la semana que viene!

Mr. Fish has a french-knot eye and there are some lighter grains on the sand...

El Sr. Pez tiene un hojo de nudo francés y hay algunos granos de arena más claros...

... Mr. Owl has also his big eyes and we can also see some stars in the sky...

BRZ Progress XIX ☆ Avances BRZ XIX

Hi! Late post this week with my stitching progress but I've been very busy at work and so tired at the end of the day and I haven't had much time for the blog, that's what happens when you spend 10 hours out of home, you have all your defenses struggling for not catching flu and you also have to work in another project when you arrive at home (I'm sorry I cannot tell publicly what I'm on about but you never know who is reading what you are writing and I don't want to take risks, I know it sounds like a super secret but it is somehow).
And, after the small talk, it's time to show you my BRZ!

Hola! Post tardío esta semana con los avances de mi bordado pero he estado muy liada en el trabajo y bastante cansada al final del día y no he tenido mucho tiempo para el blog, es lo que pasa cuando estás 10 horas fuera de casa, tienes a todas tus defensas luchando para no coger la gripe y además tienes que trabajar en otro proyecto cuando llegas a casa (siento no poder decir públicamente de qué se trata pero nunca sabes quién está leyendo lo que escribes y no quiero correr riesgos, sé que suena como un super secreto pero lo es en cierto modo).
Y, después de la charla, es hora de enseñaros mi BRZ!


The sun shines up in the sky and fills with its brightness the blue building door...

El sol brilla en el cielo y llena con su claridad la puerta del edificio azul...

... blue bird has his wing, legs and beak...

... el pájaro azul tiene su ala, patas y pico...

... we now know that the building with the whale-shaped weather vane is soft grey, the car is bright yellow and the traffic sign has an arrow that points the way to the city...

... ahora sabemos que el edificio de la veleta con forma de ballena es gris claro, el coche es amarillo claro y la señala de tráfico tiene una flecha que señala el camino a la ciudad...

... we have a new neighbor, an owl has appeared in the tree branch!

... tenemos un nuevo vecino, un búho ha aparecido en la rama del árbol!

... and the bubbles in the sea are visible.

BRZ Progress XVIII ☆ Avances BRZ XVIII

Another cold Monday here, when are we going to see the sun? I'm happy with the progress I made last week on my Big Round Zipper, I took the photos yesterday morning and yesterday night I stitched a lot on it, that's because I only have to add final touches and it will be finished!

Otro frío Lunes aquí, cuando volveremos a ver el sol? Estoy contenta con los avances que hice la semana pasada en mi Big Round Zipper, saqué las fotos ayer por la mañana y ayer por la noche hice bastantes avances, eso es porque ya sólo tengo que añadir los toques finales y estará terminado!

Creative Tendencies Bilbao ☆ Tendencias Creativas Bilbao

As I told you last week, on Saturday I went to "The Craft Room" with Amirita. All I have to say is: lots of people and lots of patchwork and scrapbooking stands. I missed more cross stitch and crochet stands, there were only a pair of them.

Como os conté la semana pasada, el Sábado fui al "Salón de las Manualidades" con Amirita. Todo lo que tengo que decir es: mucha gente y  muchos puestos de patchwork y scrapbookin. Eché en falta más puestos de punto de cruz y de ganchillo, sólo había un par de ellos.

At the entrance there was an exhibition of some Patchwork compositions that where gorgeous!

En la entrada había una exposición de algunas composiciones de Patchwork que eran maravillosas!

There where also several sewing machines demonstrations, wish I could afford one!

También había varias demostraciones de máquinas de coser, ojalá pudiera permitirme una!

And now the best, my stitching friends, some of the cross stitch projects:

This one was stitched with golden thread and beads, so cute!

Éste estaba bordado con hilo dorado y cuentas, muy guay!

This one was spectacular, over the painted canvas they had stitched the details of the scenery.

Y este era espectacular, sobre la tela pintada habían bordado los detalles del paisaje.

Look at the bricks of the bridge and the french knots flowers, amazing!

... I finally chose blue for the letters because I thought brown was too sad, I love bright colours, don't you?
